After reboot can't always connect to the internet.

Hi!
Sometimes (not always) after I turn my PC on in the morning my connection to the internet does not work, and has the yellow ! triangle. If I troubleshoot the adapter it is always fixed and shows me this screen;

Why does this happen? How can I make it so my adapter will always have a valid IP configuration every time, as it gets quite frustrating.
Thanks.
Fucking Vista. Vista is terrible with networks. This crap happens all the time and I don't know why. Although, I've never seen this exact problem before.
It sounds like your computer is trying to connect to your router with an invalid IP. So maybe your computer's IP would be 192.168.1.108 and your router is 192.168.0.1. I don't understand why your computer would try to give itself that IP unless you had a static IP, but if you did, your IP would never change and you would never connect. So basically, I don't know. All I know is, if you had XP, you would never get this problem (not saying you should switch, I'm just saying this stuff usually doesn't happen on XP) Hopefully Windows 7 isn't like this.
Set all IPV6 settings to automatic (unless you're already using it or something) and if you have selected IPV4 manual settings, but entered none: change to automatic.
But since it happens occasionally, it could be router's fault. Anything specific happens on the day it works instantly?
This is Windows 7 RTM

and how do I change the settings?
