This looks terribad.
I'm not a huge fan of the new look but I sort of like it on Tails and Amy.
Knuckles and Sonic just look weird to me and the game itself looks pretty awful
and for like a good portion of it it felt like a bad movie trailer
Honestly not that bad.
Could be promising but I'm honestly not liking that art direction.

Sonic look terrible.
The name fits. Sonic BOOM, the game that made the saga explode.
Tails is the only character design change I'm really liking here

The artstyle doesn't look all that bad, just a bit different from the usual, and the character designs look better than the initial draft of them, there's not really much gameplay to judge as of yet so we can't be too sure how it's going to go on that front, but both the voice acting and the music (please let them not be seriously using Skrillex for anything more than trailers) sound a lot worse than usual.
I actually like the art direction, if they'd only go more into the giant-desert-worm territory.
Also I'm hoping they'll try and change the models at least, because they look terrible compared to the concept art.
I honestly think those designs wouldn't look that bad if it wasn't for the lighting.
It makes sonic look super derpeyes.

I'll be tremendously disappointed if they don't somehow work this into the show/game.

Would of been a better choice than the Dubstep for the trailer for one thing.
Considering that hey canonically made the current Sonic his teenage form, I wonder how they'll justify their new, radically different designs.
Considering they went out of their way to make Genesis Sonic "younger Sonic", I doubt that they'll throw away the timeline . . . .granted, I could be wrong.

It's been confirmed to be a spinoff series, the current Sonic games are safe.
I can't be the only one calling for this series to just be straight out shot? The whole things turned into a massive joke by this stage and its tarnishing the classic status of the original Mega Drive games.
Basically a tie-in game for the tv show.
And I don't like it at all.

They had an endless selection of great nostalgic sonic music to use, and instead they paid licensing fees for a unfitting skrillex song.
When my brother showed the trailer to me and I saw the combination of weird models and dubstep, I actually though that it was a fan game.

What's even worse is that they have a modern remix of Sonic Boom made by Crush 40 and Cash Cash (did some music for sonic colours) that they could have used if they wanted something modern sounding.

Holy shit I think they made their version of Eggman buff.
It... kind of works, though. He still looks large, but they've just moved the weight up a bit.
Leagues better than the '06 version.
I like the Sonic design. It makes sense. He runs fast so he should be thinner and have longer legs. Not stubby legs and a pot belly. The bandages all over him and Knuckles are a bit too much though.

He's called Eggman- as in, fat and egg-shaped.
I personally love his Adventure-onwards design, though, so I'm naturally biased.
I kinda like their redesigns.
Only two thinks bother me:
-Sonic arms colors
-Knuckles has fingers
But I can get used to it.
I'm curious about the show.
