Im not rich so I'm looking for Piranhas $25 or lower.
So are there Piranhas around that price or lower?

You want piranhas my suggestion is when you raise them have a small tank of feeder guppy's they're cheap at our pet store Tropical cove, about 1.99 for a dozen. And they breed rather quickly and often. You may want to start to raise these before you get the piranhas, that way you know their safe to feed, also baby's are small and would make easier snacks if you get a baby piranha.
However if I may suggest Oscars are extremely nice to also have, they grow extremely fast and eat other fish. They also can be trained to bite or to allow you to pet it. Though they do not rip other things apart like piranhas. Though they are solitary creatures they are rather human like amusing themselves by actually playing with plants and other objects in the tank
