Hi!
Just wondering if any of you guys could shed some light on this mobile broadband issue I have. I literarily just signed up for a contract with Three like a week ago for 5GB a month (£15 contract).
They said that I would get a 5GB allowance straight away and that it would be renewed on the 2nd of April. So great, I have 5GB to burn up until April 2nd which was awesome because I was literarily a day away from going on holiday. So before April 2nd I had used like 3GB and when April 2nd finally arrived they said they where going to renew my allowance on that day. Sooo my "What you've got left" bit on my My3 account hasnt reset. Its still showing my allowance from last time which is the 3.2GB left that I had left before they supposedly renewed my allowance. It says theres 29 days before the next renew but my allowance hasnt been reset! Is it just a glitch in their systems or something? Should I wait a few days then contact them? I should probably contact them anyway but incase any of you guys have had a similar experience....
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Possibly a glitch, wait a few days then contact them
AFAIK it ends after your billing period ends, which I can't seem to find anything for three, but if you signed up halfway through a month, it'll end about halfway through a month
so the store people lied to you
I was in total denial to the fact that would be the case! -_-
God damn it! I have been carelessly using my bandwidth because they said that...

You get what you pay for - 1 month. After that month a new billing appears. New billing => refill
This sounds very simple, but have you activated 3G on your smartphone? Sometimes the most simple things are overlooked. Speaking of my father right here.
