I love my stock deck so I ordered a fm modulator. Turns out it uses the bigger motorola antenna plug and my deck has the smaller one. So I bought the adapters and it's realyl staticy. (sp?) I think this is because of all the connections I created to do this. Because when I take one off the static goes away. Do you think it would be possible to cut the smaller connector off and install/solder the bigger connection on? What type wire is the antenna wire?
