Well so I have an 8800GTS and all my games run extremely slow (Have been for a while but it's not that big of an issue) and I've decided I was actually going to figure out why. I have a suspicion that the card may not be getting enough power and I was just wondering how much power the card needs along with how to find out how much power the card is using.
If anybody knows how to find these two things then I'd appreciate it.

And if anybody can tell me if it's possible to give the card more power and/or how(I'm an idiot at computers v:v:v) that'd be helpful.
400-450W PSU is enough if you have 1 HDD, 1 CD drive and no other PCI adapters or optical disks
450 onwards a quick google search would have been better instead of me doing it.
