Anyone else see the Steam Store as just text on a white background?

It does this to me every time I start up Steam(for about a minute or so) but then goes to store, mabye you need to wait or something.

I Am Getting the Same Fucking Problem too, it just appears as a white background and text, and takes like 5-7 minutes to load, but i can load 1080p videos on youtube really fast, i have tried just about everything but it still does it :(
