I was browsing Facepunch as usual, and my computer started flickering slightly. I disregarded it, and kept going. About a minute later, an odd snowlike effect of black boxes appeared of my screen. I could move my mouse around, but I couldn't interact with anything. Shortly after, the computer Bluescreened. I restarted the computer, and it happened again even faster. I suspected it was one of my graphics cards, so I turned off the computer before another bluescreen occurred. I then opened up my case and found my bottom graphics card felt about 150F(rough guess). I'm unsure as to whether it was an underperforming fan or something like it that caused it, and I'm hoping to get this problem fixed soon.
Here's a rough estimate of my computer specs, as I'm letting my main computer cool at the moment:
2 ATI Radeon 4800 Graphics cards
8GB RAM
450GB Hard Drive
Sadly, that's all I can remember and I don't want to risk my card overheating again until I know what to do.
Can anyone help?

How long have you had the card?
Check to see if it is dusty. Dust and fans don't mix well. (For the love of god, use the can air to clean it out .-.)
if it is still doing it buy a new one. Do you're homework before you buy a new card though.
I bought the card around June 2009 and I don't have the money for a new one at the moment, unfortunately.

And my qualm with buying a new one if it's a different problem. What if I just need to suck the dust out, or buy a new fan?

I'll be getting some air cans soon to do that, thanks. But until then, should I try turning on my computer to see if it was just a one-time thing?

So I shouldn't try turning it on, or...?
