Should I upgrade my Graphics Card?
My current one is a Mobile Intel(R) 45 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1).
Should I get a better one?
It has to work with Windows 7!

But most likely you can not upgrade yours.

But most likely you can not upgrade yours.[/QUOTE]Laptops with the GPU using the MXM interface can be upgraded IIRC, but it's not always safe or reliable as there's more that comes into play than a desktop card like thermal budget, MXM type, compatibility with BIOS, etc.
