Hey I wanted to play this Japanese game but unfortanuatly I cant speak Japanese, I'm fine with downloading and signing up because I used google chrome, but I want to be able to translate all in game text, is there some program I can get or buy that does that?

There would need to be an English version of the game. Or you could buy a translator, and manually do each word/sentence.
Check if there is a fan made patch for it.

You're probably better off just learning Japanese.
If the game is fairly popular there should at least be a fan made script of it. Good example is Ace Combat 3. The US version got most of the story cut out, so fans translated most of the game into a script. google project nemo.
Game name is Ai Space probably isn't a fan made script.
