They're focusing too much on the political aspect of it and forgetting that Daily Stormer was literally calling for the death of more people. They were promoting and orchestrating domestic terrorism. Such things are not free speech.
I stand by EFF's point. Google controls too much of the internet, so does Cloudflare. Google even prevents white people from showing up in search results, and now this. -snip-
Google even prevents white people from showing up in search results
lmao what
I stand by EFF's point. Google controls too much of the internet, so does Cloudflare. Google even prevents white people from showing up in search results, and now this. The worst thing is that Tor is actually banning them as well. Like, they allow CP to go on but they'll ban an alt-right extremist group from using their services.
Tor are allowing them to use the service.
Tor are allowing them to use the service.
Oh, I read it again and realized I misread it. Thanks.
The amount of control the giants of the Internet have over what is said online is a problem (and highly worth discussing). Those same giants using that power to make it harder specifically for people who are literally advocating murder to spread their hate speech is not a problem.
Tor are allowing them to use the service.
Tor, by design, literally couldn't stop them if they tried.
