They were explaining how he got his name. Originally it was "Blitz" but someone said to change it the second part of "Blitzkrieg" and then blam, Krieg.

terrible level cap

Level 61 was the cap for the first borderlands game, and was increased to 69 in a later update. I wouldn't be surprised if that happened here.

I wonder if the increase in difficulty will stay faithful to how the base game did it. By which I mean as soon as you hit level 51 they put a zero on the end of every number.

I wonder if you have to buy the DLC to get the level cap increase and new gear level, or if the DLC is just for the character.
