Really not sure what to choose, I have a logitech g5 (thanks reapaninja) at the moment, but after a few years of use the right click no longer functions, so I need a new mouse, preferably for gaming.
I like the look of this one and it has positive reviews but apparently the wheel breaks on them after a while, I heard they fixed it but am still not sure about it as I am not familiar with the company

Not sure if I want another logitech either, but I like the specs of this one, although it looks like a similar shape as the one I have now, and is really is not to comfortable to be honest. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/174418
I like the look of razors and having used my cousins I know they are nice mice, but am reluctant to buy one and have no idea what one to get
http://eu.razerzone.com/gaming-mice/razer-imperator/?id=330&category=3&___store=sto_eng&___from_store=sto_ger
My price range is around £50 would rather less but it's not worth skimping on a mouse that would be used everyday.
thanks
Get the Razer Imperator.
I've had that one myself, it's really nice!
Deathadder is nice.
Deathadder is nice.
I read that it is not as comfortable as the imperator
Not the magic mouse, that's for sure.

to make uber 1337 gamers think they are kool
I have a nvidia g5
uh
I think you mean logitech
the Kone is nice, Roccat makes good stuff if a bit expensive
to make sure you get the Kone with the fixed wheel, make sure like on here http://www.ebuyer.com/product/168599 it's ROC-11-501, 500 is the old version with some wheel problems
if you don't want to spend that much, the G500 is the successor to the G5 and is still very good, nice new features like the free scrolling wheel thing, if you wanted to stick with the shape you're used to I'd go with this
razers stuff is hit and miss, I've seen cases where their drivers have even fucked up a windows installation and their support isn't known for being brilliant

it's razer, the same people who thought putting a numpad on a mouse would be a good idea

still, must be better than the kone, I read a lot of reviews like this
"Great mouse, was hesitant whether to buy this or not and in the end took the plunge.
Installation was a nightmare, but then I was using W7 Beta, so could understand why. In the end got it to work.
Fantastic customizability, from weight, DPI response, LED. Glided smoothly across my mouse mat like it was made of air.
The downside was it stopped functioning after a while, the mouse would be there, you could left mouse click, but it would not move or respond.
In the end had to RMA it (Customer Service Advisor asked me to LOOK at the laser from beneath. I had to remind him it was a Class 1 laser device and we weren't supposed to be looking into the light).
Replacement ordered, installed better this time due to release of drivers from W7 and worked fine again.
Now replacement is faulty also, but this time it's the left mouse button that has failed.
It seems like this mouse isn't designed for long term gaming. I'm not a heavy FPS gamer, but do like to use my mouse for a variety of gaming, both personal and work related use too and to keep arranging RMA's and replacements every 6-8 months isn't ideal."
every product has bad reviews, basically if you listen to customer reviews you'll never buy anything again
get a g500
Going to buy the razor lachesis unless anyone has any objections
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/134937
i have an objection
roccat.
Microsoft sidewinder is where the party 's at :smug:
I love my G9 don't know if that helps, people say it's like a brick but you get use to it and it's nice.

All the names of all razer products are of mythical or real animals.
G9x is sick but over priced

just pray the drivers work then
If you're getting a razer it depends how you hold your mouse. They have a whole guide for that. If you hold with your fingertips like me the Razer Salmosa is pretty nice. It's also one of their cheapest if that matters.
Sidewinder x9.
CM Sentinel :smug:
Incoming hate vvv

Razer drivers have always worked for me and everyone I know.

And your problem is solved :smug:
Get a G500

Like yumy said
I have a sidewinder. Feels kind of cheap and plasticy. It's alright. I would recommend a razer or a G9x

There you go. Get one from this site.
it's razer, the same people who thought putting a numpad on a mouse would be a good idea
You must not play too many MMO's or have never used the mouse.

yeah I'm sorry I mean it's not like it's near impossible to memorise the location of 12 identical buttons in a place you can't look at anyway because it's obscured by your thumb
and well it's razer so it's not likely the buttons just repeat the numpad or number row anyway
and it's not like they positioned the buttons so badly the average person can only hit the top 6 comfortably
silly me

I'm pretty sure a majority of people can memorize the numbers 0-9
If you have a palm grip go for a Logitech MX 518. If you have a claw grip like me, and have the money, go for a Logitech G9x.
