And install it. Then run it and check your motherboard model, from there you should be able to find the BIOS firmware
I really wouldn't advise flashing your BIOS unless you absolutely know what you're doing. Read up on your motherboard model and so forth before even attempting it.
Unless you're having hardware problems linked to a buggy BIOS version, you shouldn't update your BIOS.
Manufacturers usually list the changes between BIOS versions, so you should only update if one of those fixes is something you need.
