Is there a ''moron-proof'' and GUI configurable hardware firewall linux distro?

I need it for a rather old computer, I don't really know the CPU specs, but it only has 256 mb of ram...

SmoothWall will get the job done. Can be configured with a web front end. Needs a bit of knowledge to get set up.
You could take the BSD route by looking into MonoWall - same story.

Care being a little more specific? They do a lot of stuff.
I run a Smoothwall, works great.
You can suelionux firewalls to do almost anything.
Even with simple Ip tables ( I mean simple as in how they run, because they are horrible to set up) You can give packets higher priority making it so my Usenet downloading doesn't slow my web browsing and other stuff like blocking Goverment and anti-p2p Ips.
Possibilities are endless.
