When ever I look at things that are not very bright colors I can see tiny waves that usually travel downwards, they are very translucent and not at all constant. It is a minor gripe but annoy as hell. Could it be refresh rate or something?
Could also be bad cable connections.
Try switching cables and see if it fixes it.
It seems to have vanished now and is almost never constant so wires could be it easily. Did some slight adjustments and don't see it.
