Every medic in TF2 is currently doing this and it's super annoying I wish youtubers would just stop putting glitches up like this
I'm not sure if this really counts, but Mafia III on the Xbone has a really bad one, worse than anything in the CrowbCat video. It consistently crashes out after about an hour of play. You can set your watch to it, it's so bad and even if you were turn off the console and jump back into the game (which takes less time than having it crash and reload) at say, 50 minutes, it will still crash ten minutes later. I haven't replayed it in a couple months so I have no idea if this was fixed, but god damn, it made an already flawed game much worse.

Skyrim.
playing mario+rabbids with a bug free experience that you would expect from a nintendo supervised videogame only to have the game crash every time i tried to fight the final boss (ejecting the game cart fixed it)
Everything in PUBG

Fallout New Vegas and GameBryo in general seem to corrupt your save data randomly when autosaves are enabled and you're using a SSD and a good modern computer. So maps (cells) will become 'crash on enter' in a corrupted save
Every medic in TF2 is currently doing this and it's super annoying I wish youtubers would just stop putting glitches up like this
thanks using it now
madness project nexus 2's first story mode level has a bunch of melee using enemies stuck on this catwalk without coming down to try to kick my ass. problem is, i can't aim up there to get them because i can't get at a right angle, and the msot i can do with grenades is have them bounce off of the bottom of the catwalk and kill me, so the level effectively cannot be beaten. i've tried it like 8 times and always got the same problem fuck my life and i love the game too.

trust me, you don't want to know ... or you will have nightmares ... every single night
When I was playing Gears of War on my old as balls GPU, the drivers crapped out and I was greeted with this [t]https://i.onozuka.info/i/yzaqqdhg4y.png[/t] To this day I've no idea still, is this a texture displayed on a monitor somewhere? :v:
While not on PC, The Sketch Glitch in Final Fantasy VI/III. If you use the Sketch ability, which normally makes a short lived copy of the target that uses one of its skills/commands, on something invisible the game shits itself. Known effects include wiping save files, crashing the game, corrupting color palettes and graphics(ex: Terra went from green hair to blonde, Relm looked like she was dumped in pepto bismol) and messing with your inventory. Sometimes it just flat out erases all of your non key items, sometimes it adds multiple stacks of 127 or 256 of various items( the norm is a single stack of 99 per item). This is only is first print versions of at least the SNES version. A second version that fixed it was released and it supposedly is fixed in the PSX rerelease. I have no idea if it's in the IOS/Steam version.
SO svencoop just had it's big release on steam and I wanted to join in on the crazy launch party happenings. I joined up, did my usual console command fuckery to make myself pink, and started joining servers. For some reason right as I joined, everyones pings started slowly growing and growing and growing, and then one by one everyone just vanished from the server, eventually (iirc) me included. and when I'd go back to the server list, the server was sometimes even gone. I was so confused and I kept trying again and again, slowly clearing out servers and even shrinking the server list a bit. I started to get the feeling it was something I had done, so I reinstalled the game, didnt touch ANYTHING in options, and joined a server. Worked gr8! so i set my model to be pink again and OOPS server exploded. Suddenly I realized what happened. The console commands topcolor and bottomcolor can allow you to select a color outside the normal option menu settings, resulting in a corrupted pink model. this is by taking the usual 1-100 values and instead picking a higher value. I can never remember what the exact point is that the color corrupts, so I'd always just smash the 9 key a bunch and it'd result in my color corrupting all the same, so for this i just picked: -999999999999999999999999999999999999 this isn't an issue in normal half-life because there's a safety cap on it to prevent it going too high while still allowing you to go over the normal limit and hit the corrupt color point. Because that cap wasn't there anymore period for svencoop I accidentally made myself so pink I overloaded everyone in the server, including the server itself, and crashed everything. I contacted a dev right away and it got fixed in the next patch a few days later. oops!
I found a specific ledge in Tomb Raider (2013, 360 version) that, when grabbed diagonally, would teleport you upwards (this probably isn't even useful for speedrunning) and potentially kill you.
I discovered you could change dxlevel in Obsidian Conflict. [t]https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/540679056091445460/90F6805EA847422A5D8278490214877BA2F042B7/[/t]

The worst? Or best. The game is Delta Force. Some early multiplayer First Person Shooting. 32 players, Team King of the Hill, hour and 30 minute long games, fairly realistic, one or two shots you die. You could jump and hit prone while in the air at the peak of your jump while in a door frame and it would put you prone on the roof of the building, if the roof was low enough. The rooftops were very similar in color to your uniform, so you'd crawl, crest the top of the roof with your sniper rifle and most people wouldn't know where to look. It was really hard to spot people at distances because it was all voxel graphics, especially if you were the same color as the terrain

The first time I played KOTOR on the OG Xbox, the game crashed when I tried to leave the Ebon Hawk on Korriban because the disc was scratched or something. When I loaded the autosave, it put me into what I think was some sort of debug mode or something. I was still inside the Ebon Hawk, but the map screen of the inventory showed something completely different and wrong (if I recall correctly, it was a grid of small square rooms). I don't actually remember if the party members were there or not, but there was this weird droid standing in the cockpit right in front of the starmap. When I talked to it, it asked me (without voice clips) where I wanted to go and gave me a list of all the planets in the game (including Taris, Rakata Prime, and the Star Forge). As soon as I selected one, the droid would say something like, "We have arrived. Isn't space travel wonderful?" After this, the game would be changed to a state where the Debug Hawk was landed on whichever planet I selected. I remember selecting Taris as a destination, and after arriving (Isn't space travel wonderful?) I went to the boarding ramp to exit the ship. I'm pretty sure that it gave me the party member selection screen. Then, upon my conformation on exiting the "ship" with my selected party, it put me on (undestroyed) Taris, right outside the door of the safe-house apartment. It was like I had just started the game, except I still had all my equipment and going through the door to the safe house put me back in the Debug Hawk. I'm sorry to say that I definitely didn't experiment with the game state as much as I should've. I can't tell you what would've happened if I went to one of the endgame planets, because I didn't try it. In all fairness, I had just done the Sith dreadnaut, and the game still crashed when I tried to go to Korriban. I was like twelve years old, and this game that had just blown my mind with the craziest fucking plot twist I had ever seen was now impossible to complete in the proper manner. I got frustrated and stopped playing. [editline]11th September 2017[/editline] Some of my details were off, but I found a video of it. I'm pretty sure that I caused the glitch via a unique method, though.

Being a 360, you couldn't have anything else running at the time so I have absolutely no idea how this could have happened. I lost my shit when I saw it.

Due to the damaged disk, Left 4 Dead 2 failed to overwrite that memory "area" with its own information and skipped right to loading in whatever data already existed there. Again, I'm totally taking a shot in the dark, but it sounds reasonable at least.
