Do you believe in aliens? - General

So, do you believe in other life out there or are we alone in the universe? I definitely believe we are not alone! I would even be open to the fact that there is other intelligent life out there! I don't believe its as we see on TV, little green Martians but I certainly believe its possible! So seeing as I believe, I'm looking for people who don't, so if you don't believe, why not? Logical arguments would be a bonus too! *Lets assume that all the shit after hours puns have been said already, my dignity has been insulted and the 2nd poster got loads of funnies and perhaps we can have a real discussion now, woohoo!*

Yes I believe very much in aliens. There have been so many goverment cover-ups on different Alien cases like Roswell yet there have been different Documents released to the public mentioned Ufo crafts and drawings of different types of aliens by many witnesses. Besides In this vast universe of planets and galaxies we can't be the only people right?

The universe is mind-numbingly huge. I'd like to think this isn't the only planet with life on it.

It's pretty selfish to believe that our planet happens to be the [b]one and only[/b] planet that has any form of life in it. Just think how big the space is, just think how many planets there are. There was a group of scientists and commanders who told them what to do. Commanders commanded scientists to invent a portable flying device that you can wear like a backpack. Scientists said that it was impossible to make blah blah. Then commanders said that Russians already invented it and it works, so it's possible (it was a lie). After hearing that, scientists didn't thought "How is that possible?" They thought "How to make it?" AND THEY FUCKING MADE A JETPACK PROTOTYPE! Yes, I believe in life in outer space. I believe in a theory by a man who's name I can't remember, that aliens lived on Mars long before we did (hence the water there) treated Mars the same we are doing to Earth right about now, left Mars, came to Earth at the same time the Mayans were messing around, taught them civilization, taught them machinery, and then left for good, possibly taking some of the technology they had developed or even the Mayans themselves with them. Drawings in many books show that Aztecs or Mayans or some spanish living colony drew pictures of spaceships and even astronaut costumes, similar to those we have now. Can we look for something that already left this earth a long, long time ago, and is probably not planning on coming back? Or are they planning on coming back?
