I recently reinstalled Windows and now I see problem that I don't remember how I fixed it.
I have Photoshop CS4 and Nvidia Photoshop Plugins
But I don't see preview image like I see with other image formats like .jpg etc. I remember I was able to see images without need to opening them first.

How can I preview .dds images without need to opening them first?
Photoshop doesn't handle thumbnails, google dds thumbnail viewer
