The whole warmonger system was absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad it's getting tuned. Get attacked for 5 thousand years, the moment I defend myself... Warmonger! Warmonger! Warmonger! Warmonger! Warmonger!

And about time, to boot. The AI issues were the main thing keeping me from getting this game, despite it being so content-rich in comparison to vanilla Civ 5 and Beyond Earth. But one thing I haven't heard much about is scenarios. Are they back, or has the modding scene for the game been too weak for that?
The changelog doesn't say that the circumstances for becoming flagged as a warmonger have been reduced, only that the penalties for BEING ONE have been reduced. Which is complete horseshit imo, I read the changelog and as far as I can tell everyone will still label you as a warmonger and hate you forever over mundane shit. I always felt the WHOLE system needed a nerf not just penalties but the AI's threshold for flagging a player as one. I enjoyed the days of Civ V where the only real penalties for curb-stomping AI stupid enough to try and fuck with you was other AI who were aligned with said doomed nation getting offended and not liking you.
