• Really heavy computer start up problem

So recently after one night cleaning my computer I got a message box containing the following message: Exception EexternalException in module ntdll.dll at 0003E3AE. External exception C0000006 Every time I start up the computer it runs Extremely slow, and attempting to run programs cause them to close as soon as I run them. This started happening 2 days ago, I searched up about it on google and everyone said it was a registry problem in which the system I guess was trying to fix. I already wiped the hard drive since we couldn't find out how to exactly fix this. Anybody might know the source of where this problem comes from at all?
Does it startup ok in safemode? And read this: http://www.rcms.net/support/support_errors_c0000005_c0000006.htm
It does, but it just runs extremely slow, my brother tried eliminating as many backround programs but came to no known source of the problem, my hard drive is not burnt or anything, just I got it exactly in a message like this except skype.exe is replaced ntdll.dll and 0011AD44 is replaced by 0003E3AE
Ok. That file is an important file that if removed will cause problems. It has been known to be able to get corrupted by virusses in which case you would get an error like this. It is located in c:\windows\system32 or c:\winnt\system32. However, since you said you reinstalled windows compleetly I dont have a clue what could be wrong. Eihter find a replacement file or reinstal windows again.
