All I want is Gears of War 3 to be sold on PC.
Horde mode was the best.
There is more to 4k support than the resolution of the view port. Having a great visual fidelity and a playable frame rate is something that is considered as support.

Most console games do not have VESA agnostic support.
But you of course having a 4K monitor would know better right?
