I need help deciding on my talents for my dream job.

I basically sent my goals to be a Computer Graphics designer, so I can draw cartoons or draw sketches for game characters. An animator possibly.

Real problem is what is the proper term for this job so I can research more, and pick the required classes in college.

well. a graphics program could be a good start,

a program that im using is
Blender (wich is free also)

so i suggest that you can start off by doing some resarch about 3D programs and such

The best way to go about this is to pick a big-name company that you would like to work for (such as Electronic Arts or Pixar or Lucas or something) and then write to them asking what they look for in employees.

Check out their job postings too, to see what their requirements are for job interviews.

Most people do it ass backwards and get a degree in something they like without thinking about how it will help them land a job someday.

The best way to do it is to see what the companies you want to work for are looking for in new employees and then try to do that.

I think is better you try Infinity Wyard, they are almost with no employees. No the two options are good but th 2nd is better (what analrapist sayed).
