Ever since Sunday, Steam has been acting up on my PC.
Trying to click Steam in my desktop will not do a thing until I repeatedly clicked it. This also happens with Steam games. It completely freezes up my taskbar, with the only solution to hit the Windows key to restart it, but to only freeze up again.
I'm using Google Chrome, running only the APNG extension, and I'm using Windows 8 as well.

Hell, the taskbar freezes up too sometimes after closing Steam.
