Am I the only one who is wondering why they are still releasing content for origins?
Seems like a complete waste for a mediocre game. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely didn't kick ass the way City did.

True, but the boss battles were better than Rocksteadys.
Recently bought the season pass on sale just for this DLC.
I can't see it being too disappointing considering I was able to get it (the season pass) for $5

"It wasn't as good as City so it's not good at all"
??
I'm still waiting for the inevitable "definitive edition" with all of the DLC + the game for like $10. I'm sure I'll enjoy it, but I don't want to spend too much on it.
The only thing that ruined this game was its level design.

Although I think Origins is a good game, it disappoints compared to the other Arkham games. What I can't understand is people actually liking the boss battles. Except for the Firefly most of them were just enemies with more health or endless QTEs. Compared to City's [sp]Grundy, Freeze, Clayface and Ghul[/sp] they were pretty boring.

Didn't the [sp]Deathstroke[/sp] battle in Origins take a bunch of animations directly from the [sp]Ghul[/sp] battle in City?

Which even still, Firefly's boss battle was ruined because the camera constantly felt the need to zoom into Firefly whenever you did something to him, constantly interrupting the flow of the battle.

And it's lack of innovation. Origins felt like an expansion pack rather than a standalone game for $60.
After playing through City again I realized Origins was actually quite superior to City in many ways.

I didn't like Origins combat as much.
Enemies attack 2x as fast as in City and trying to activate the shock gloves will most likely break your combo.
Never had issues with the shock gloves. I grew to like the combat in origins because despite the annoying camera it's at least challenging while the combat in city is a fucking breeze.
