Ageia PhysX Compatability

I saw the thread ([url]http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=819486)on[/url] a cheap ageia card and i was considering getting it. the problem is i don't know if my motherboard is compatible. Ive been looking it up but not finding anything on the gpu compatibility on my motherboard. does anyone know just off the top of there head if my board is compatible with the ageia physx card

i have a 945 series board
