I need some ideas for a pc build for max 500 dollars without os and dvd drives
do you need a moniter also?
What do you want to do with the computer?
Here's something I knocked up for you:

thats terrible
GPU is a waste of time, mobo and CPU aren't compatiable, case is outdated with a crap interior compared to even similar budget cases from the same brand, and the PSU is a bomb

Its fine for $490 dollars, also i was meant to put up the ( i3 2100*)
The case is cheep and practical, and doesn't look ugly, and that psu is absolutely fine, plus its modular.

No it's not.
The PSU is an accident waiting to happen.
The GPU is worse than the i3's onboard.

Very nice sataniX but why the 1866 ram?
Very nice sataniX but why the 1866 ram?
GPU speed on A series APUs is directly linked to RAM speed.
plus its really cheap, great deal if you dont mind MiR.

Those AMD APU-s get a ~5fps boost when it has faster ram.
if you guys could get one thats 400 max with a monitor and no os but everything else and have a saphire 6850
I would still like to know what he wants to do with it. It will be much easier to know what can be dropped/added. Unless he wants a general all-around build, but still it's nice to know what he's looking to do with it.
MSi mobos are okay, but they're subpar compared to gigabyte/asus
i'd recommend avoiding them, but you're not an idiot if you get one. you are and idiot however if you pick up a shitty foxconn or biostar/whatever the fuck it's called

Its called economical circumstances. You get what you pay for.
Biostar has a good setup of low budget motherboards, if you're just going to stick with an i3 2100 then they will work just fine.
what i want is to be able to play games like dirt possible bf3

What resolution is your monitor? Tell us that and we'll tell you how much bigger your budget needs to be.
