why the FUCK is my internet so slow? youtube videos studder and what not

okay so i gots me dem fanci comcast internetz.
it seems the past few weeks or few months its given me problems. everytime i want to watch youtube i cant watch anything above 360p videos because they load to slow. even sometimes 360p loads slow and it studders for me.

i dont what i can do about this. its pissing me off (not really... more like a minor inconvenience)

Youtube is slow for me too, i'm pretty sure it's just youtube. I don't think you can solve that.
