Computer's Monitor display not working?

For some reason MY Computer display wont show anything...
Any cables insdie and outside the pc i should check!

Its intergrated and it goes
like this...
It makes this da da noise when it starts up than it makes this small ta ta noise and than this Hard drive noise.
