I work at home now and I basically need a chair that will last me upwards 8+ hours a day.
I currently have this http://www.staples.com/office/supplies/StaplesProductDisplay?storeId=10001&langId=-1&partNumber=923571&cid=EM:ORDCONFRM::SKU
I got it less than a year ago and it's already flat as a pancake (the seat cushion). I'm 5'11 and weigh ~200 Pounds.
I'm willing to spend towards $400 for a really nice chair. Any ideas?
How much do you weigh?

I work at home and this guy is big, comfy, and looks great. I highly recommend it.

I can personally recommend the Markus from IKEA (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60309732/#/00103102). I've had mine for about six months and it's still very comfortable. The seat is quite firm and shouldn't flatten out any time soon, but it's still nice to sit on over long periods of time. The mesh back is supportive and breathable (looking forward to not having a sweaty back in the summer), and the lumbar support pad feels good as well. It's easy to assemble, and the quality of the materials and structure is much better than other office chairs that I've bought for a steeper price.
