As you can see I'm having some... issues with my card. I've owned it for only 5 months yet this has already happened.
I have not overclocked my GPU or recently installed any drivers. It's an EVGA GTX 960 2GB. The problem just cropped up today around the time when I connected it with HDMI to my TV. May be a coincidence, I dunno.
Temps are 50-60C while gaming, nothing bad.

Of all things, restarting my computer a third time seems to have fixed it at least for now. Made sure I'm on latest drivers and everything. Will update if the problem comes back.
