That's what I call good planning on AMD's side, something as simple as being able to reuse pre-AM4 coolers is fantastic for the consumer. Especially for small form factor builds where a choice of coolers is limited to and individuals setup and case size.
Planning to build an AM4 socket machine to use in the living room for VR. (Hence why I'm personally happy about this)
