Okay I am getting a Radeon hd 5750 and I was wondering what the best gpu accelerated video converter is for ati. I have heard that ati made one just for there cards but was unable to find it. Also if there are better ones than the ati ones suggest away. Finally if they are free that would be nice.

Nevermind I found out that it is now that a download is not needed for ati avivo cause it is in CCC.

Have fun with your 5750. I'm thinking about getting a 5770 soon. I just bought a 550BE and unlocked it to a quad, now I need a new GPU to accompany it (replacing my 8800GTS).
I can't seem to find the Catalyst 9.5 drivers.

Download the latest drivers and download the additional avivo converter on the same page

Yes, the first number is the year (200[b]9[/b]) and the number after the decimal is the month so 9.5 is May 2009's drivers and 9.12 is december 2009 drivers.

I tried to convert about 20 files and it didn't convert a single one. It doesn't support [I]any[/I] codecs at all. I tried Windows Media video(Edit: I just tried it again and it works now :confused:), Xvid, H264 and probably some others.
The avivo converter is useless crap.

10.x Drivers? What are you smoking. The latest driver release for the 5xx0 series is 9.12.
And 10.1 is coming soon. Just get 9.12 Hotfix right now.
