Best place to buy computer parts online in the UK?

I've decided to go ahead and just build a new computer. I have a £450 budget that doesn't include the screen or cables/accessories. I'm willing to go up a little on that if it's close to getting a better deal. (max £550)
I'd like it to be able to handle recent games. I was wondering what the best place to buy parts in the UK is? Also, what is the best site for "building" it online and having it shipped ready to run? I'd like to compare prices and see if it's worth it
If anyone wants to suggest a build too, that would be helpful, I'm entirely new to building them myself
Thanks!

Basically, the only two websites you need for parts.
aria is also quite good, I normally check out scan, ebuyer and aria for who has better deals on that day.
Make use of SCAN's daily deals, i went from a 560 to a 570 by checking there beforehand.
I think Overclockers UK is alright for Graphics cards.

www.microdirect.co.uk <- cheap in some aspects
OcUK's Nvidia OEM graphics cards are awesome value. I like the shipping and the site layout but the prices are very high and the support is awful.

They do good offers so the prices balance out and the support is great (returned a couple of things with no issues).
