will this powersupply work with this graphics card and mother board, and will these pieces work together. power supply: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139048&AID=10657534&PID=3938566&SID=&nm_mc=AFC-C8junctionCA motherboard: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131873&AID=10657534&PID=3938566&SID=&nm_mc=AFC-C8junctionCA possessor: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285&AID=10657534&PID=3938566&SID=&nm_mc=AFC-C8junctionCA hard drive: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/hitachi-internal-hard-drive-0f10383 graphics card: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121710&AID=10657534&PID=3938566&SID=&nm_mc=AFC-C8junctionCA or every thing right here http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2t2jb
I have only built one computer, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I would not recommend an AMD processor. From everyone I have talked to, Intel is years ahead and you will get more for your money. I also know you can find much better deals on Hard drives than that. My 3TB was only $99, so getting 1TB for $75 seems like a rip off. But as far as I can tell your power demands seem alright, though I'd wait for someone more knowledgeable than me.
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/2t9Eb I'd suggest this over what you currently have. Slightly cheaper, and better. The Seagate drive is faster and more reliable than the Hitachi. Dropped some price off of the ram and PSU as well. I'm on my phone right now, so I can't really look up benchmarks, and I'm not familiar with the midrange r9's, but iirc the r9 260x will give you a lot more performance. The 650 can be outclassed by a 7770ghz that is slightly cheaper, and the 260x is above that. [editline]31st December 2013[/editline] Also if you can afford it, I'd suggest upgrading your processor and motherboard to an i5 4670 and a h87 board. The i5 is far superior, and well worth it if you can spare the extra cash.
What's the purpose of this build? If it's for gaming, then you should go for Intel as previously stated. There are, however, some other purposes for which FX will outperform an i5 (although it probably won't outperform an i7. We also need your budget, and we need to know if you've already purchased the case.
I am sorry, but what is possessor? Also, what case do you have, a midi-tower or full tower?
i have a mid tower and I have a 600-700$ budget but im thinking of getting a new case because the case i have is a knock-off

The only time I'd recommend AMD for gaming is their APU's, and that's only on a slim ITX build or a serious budget with no real chance of upgrades.

Some games like skyrim get outperformed by pentiums.
Just some benchmarks to compare the 8350 to the 4670 and 3570 (10% slower than the 4670). http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/701?vs=697 http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...w,3328-14.html http://cdn.overclock.net/c/cc/ccbcb4...s45d93a9d.jpeg http://www.hardwarepal.com/battlefie...-benchmarks/8/ http://techreport.com/review/23750/a...sor-reviewed/5 http://techreport.com/review/24954/a...pus-reviewed/6 http://techreport.com/review/24879/i...rs-reviewed/10 Also Canadian dollars are not the same as american dollars. They're pretty close, but Canadian Dollars are less valuable (worth about 94 cents). It's still a price difference, but the performance difference between the 4670 is anywhere from just a bit better (very rarely in games) to astronomical (much more common). Trust me it's worth the extra money; although, I do see you are paying quite a bit more in Canada then in the US. Is there any chance you can find some US merchants to ship to Canada?
