my phones screen is broken, so i got a new phone. i would make my dad program it, but were leaving early in the morning to go somewhere far away. and he's coming home from somewhere late and wouldnt want to program it. im wondering if i can use *228 and option 3 (switch phones) to switch to another phone that is not being used (clean ESN) thanks in advance (:
Yup, you can. I just did it. Just go to verizonwireless.com/renew or something, and you can program it over the internet/phone.
