I recently bought Global Agenda, it looks pretty boss, installed it and everything.
WHen I hit the play button in my games menu, 2 things happen at once.
1: A steam popup says "Prepairing first time setup... Installing Direct x 9.0 Web setup (1 of 1)
2: A white popup shows up and dissappears very quickly, I can't even manage to read its title. Install is in it I believe.
Once the white one disappears, so does the steam box.
The thing is, it says it was last played today, and I already have the latest Direct X version, not to mention I've already gone through the first time setup.
'The fucks goin' on here?

Re install Steam, try again.
And if that doesn't work, try verifying integrity of the game cache.
Try deleting your clientregistry.blob located in your Steam folder and restart Steam.
