If its really necessary for a part, he might be able to bump up to 1.3

He want the cards to be ATI and the cpu to be amd.

Tell your friend he is stupid for wanting AMD right now, Intel very obviously has the better CPUs for higher end builds.

That case is known to be the absolute best case that can be bought for close to $60. I have mine running a foot away from me, and there is a ton of room for everything and amazing cable management. The 560 Ti will have like, 3 inches of space in every direction.

I have a near identical build (different mobo), it's great.
