Uh, no.
When you're flying at crazy speeds and someone manages to instantly kill you multiple times, I'd say it's more to do with hacking.
Nevermind that you'll see players literally warping around the map getting insta-kills... and this is on servers that aren't lagging.

Also it's a horrible PC port: no form of in game chat, no dedicated servers, no graphics options, no editing of key bindings, encrypted config file, no ping listings, no options to turn off mouse acceleration and mouse smoothing, 30 FPS cap. It's moderately fun, but there are a ton of problems with this port that prevent it being really great.

Oh and the singleplayer is actually pretty decent and moderately lengthy for a shooter, took me about 14 hours to beat both campaigns.
