I'll preorder it just for 12x XP boost.
It's gonna be so easy to level a bunch of characters.
As for expansion itself, meh. How many times we have to kill Revan? Also very original ~edgy~ name.
Kind of a shame they can't think of anything new and have to keep going back to Revan. ROTHC was great on it's own.
Still, I'll gladly accept more content for the game.
You know what's stupid? Besides the already REALLY bad F2P model, it's Free to Play, but they're still charging for the expansion, even for subscribers

Makeb went 'free' for subscribers, if you're not in a rush to see content you could wait it out.
You know half the reason why I think Kotor 2 had a great story?
Because unlike a lot of VG stories it didn't answer all the questions, like what Revan was exactly up to, making ideas worthy of hard thought and discussion that made the universe interesting (ME3 tried this and failed miserably)
But no, you had to bring the fucker into this game set far further in time than the original games cheaply as a badly written quest Boss, and despite all reason, have him effectively fall to the path of destruction and being a general shithead again
Just let him die for christ's sakes
That XP boost sounds incredible. I tried giving SWTOR another go recently since I heard how popular it has actually become since going F2P but just got bored questing.
Bioware stop butchering Revan pls.
They are making some pretty major class changes with the Discipline system (that the article didn't even bother to mention). It looks like a pretty good expansion overall and we have known its going to be a paid for expansion since early in the year.
Everyone knew Revan would be back after how Foundry ended.
Skill Trees are complicated and hard to use, this way the console players will be able to understand the game easier. January 2015 SWTOR Release PS4/PS3/360/Xbone with exclusive story missions!

I'm sorry but that's simply not true. With skill trees on the surface they appear to offer more options but when it really comes down to it you have 2 or 3 ways per skill tree on where to put your points. Doing it any other way simply meant your character was performing sub-optimally and you was 'bad'.
So the new system might appear simpler, it actually gives you many more meaningful choices.
To lay to rest the idea people have of it dumbing down the game they are doing a livestream at 2PM CDT for an hour. http://twitch.tv/swtor
