I installed Ubuntu 10.10 on my 4gb usb drive, And it boots fine on my windows based pc, by pressing f12 i select boot from USB Flash Device, How does one do this on a macbook?
IIRC you need to install rEFIt, mac's can't boot flash drives by default, only CD/DVD's and hard drives.
