As the title says I need some help with a pc with a $600 budget or less. It's primarily for an office for my brother so nothing too fancy is needed and I doubt he will play any games on it.
All parts are part of the budget (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. Although he likes to give me ad little detail as possible everytime so this might change)
The monitor can be 21 to 24 inches.
Thanks in advance.

This doesn't include an OS, though. Also it's with my personal preference of only buying mainly from NewEgg or Amazon. If you need an OS, too, or you don't have a preference of where to buy I can change it up a bit.
Hope this helps.
tbh the i5 is overkill for office. It's better spent on an ssd imo.

I figured it would be good for future upgrades if he so decided.
