Is this a decent build? What can I do to improve it and keep it in the same price range?

according to http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-480,2585-13.html the 5870 only gives about 5 more fps, you can save about $75 getting a 470

1080w is probably overkill but dont leave that to me to find one
5870 is generally > GTX 470, but the GTX 470 does win sometimes.
