I need help with a history paper and it would be great if you guys could help me. Need an evil ruler for The house of Bourbons an eveil ruler for the House of Romanovs and an evil ruler for the house of Hohenzollerns.

For the Bourbons, any of the later Louises will suffice, Romanovs, Nikiolai I, and for the Hohenzollerns, dunno.
History has no "evil" people.
Just some that are more cruel than others.
