High Pitched Squealing from microphone

This only happens when fraps records my microphone, and other recording sources like Audacity and the default windows recorder thing all pick it up, I even got a new mic to try and get rid of the problem, But it happens the same both times

Is there any way i can fix it, Or get rid of it?

Jack based, Both the old and new one

it seems that the jack in my computer must be broken, as my old usb mic doesn't do it, I guess i will have to invest in a better USB mic

Ahh, on my desktop when I play minecraft with my jack based head phones I hear static that sounds a bit like the squealing and with my USB headphones it doesn't happen. Try to buy a cheap USB based microphone if that helps.
