Official Dark Souls 3 PVP guide:

Step 1: Obtain the Dark Sword or Estoc
Step 2: summon 2 phantoms who are also using either of these weapons
Step 3: wait for invader
Step 4: repeatedly mash R1 until invader is dead
Step 5: spam emotes over his fading corpse
Step 6: brag about how skilled you are at PVP
Step 7: repeat until PVP is barren because no one wants to play in such a cancerous 'meta'
