"What character does the color scheme belong to?" Game

Basically, you just try to guess who the above picture of a color scheme belongs to. For example, if you were given this color scheme:

You would either say that it' belongs to the Vault Boy from the Fallout franchise and then make a color scheme picture based off of another character or just post a color scheme picture if you can't figure it out (You don't have to, but it would be nice to keep this thread going), though I'm pretty sure a lot of you would have easily guessed this one correctly considering that a majority of this forum knows about Fallout.
