I already know about jailbreaking and done it before, but I unjailbreaked my iPod touch because I'm not sure if iTunes 9 was jailbreak safe, like not letting you do ANYTHING with you're iPod.
Is It? Also I'd feel more better if it's safe with the latest version.

Completely safe. I jailbroke my 8Gb iPod touch with Blackra1n and it works fine with iTunes 9.
