One of the most overlooked games ever made. It's also one of the best games I've ever played. Better than CS:GO by well beyond miles. It has its flaws but it's honestly one of the best mp shooters to come out in recent years.
One of my favorite shooters ever, and it would be MILES better if Ubisoft didn't fuck around with the development so much.
For me the problem isn't so much just about balancing them all and coming up with good ideas, but there's also that i just don't see them doing this in a way that makes even half of them earn-able in a reasonable amount of time. With Around 75 hours on the game i can only just barely afford to get one of the DLC characters now. It feels less like a reason of "We should add 100 operators because that'll be fun for players!" and more like "We should add 100 operators because more money"
Well, to be fair the standard operators are pretty good in their own right, often better than a lot of the dlc operators. Also, if you complete your daily challenges you can get tons of renown that way.

Also, winning games and doing well gives you more renown

At least cut them in half.
It helps to engage further support for the game with more maps, cosmetic crap, and fixing bugs. I really do want them to just make a sequel (with a campaign this time) rather than supporting the game for the next 10 years.
That argument does not really hold up when it's a game that is being sold. If it was free then DLC would be what supports it, but as a paid game it's not needed to support the game.
