So i just reinstalled my PC since i deleted a DLL in System32 and replaced it with a downloaded one since it said that DLL was broken

anyway, i do not have sounds and i lost my disc, it says i got a AMD audio card but i can only see Windows XP sound drivers.
Does anyone has a good sound driver for Windows 7?
(PS: I do not know shit about sound drivers so thats why i am asking)
